Why I’m Building CapabiliSense! Starting out, I decided to build CapabiliSense, in part because people lack self-knowledge, self-recognition, an appreciation for their own strong/weak self, and self-acceptance – in particular, their reactions to change, or, when confronted with change. Problems, in my view, are usually, but not exclusively, derived from assumptions, opinions, or self-imposed out-of-date beliefs about oneself, rather than logical substantiations or constructive reasoning.
House self-awareness, and build/construct self-awareness into sustainable, and positive growth, change and self-improvement, is the reasoning behind the creation of CapabiliSense.
The Moment It Started
I have always cherished personal development, and the performance enhancement construction of individuals. In this positive regard, I used to see people while not lifting their heads/eyes up to the level of goals and ambitions, and rather settling down, at best, to the address of statement-questions about their own self-operation, or self-regulation, and the blind spots of their behavioral frameworks.
Most of the self-improvement arrangements, and instruments, focus on the outcome rather than the impact of change by self-determining the self-activated behaviors, or adjustable behaviors of self-mechanisms at the level of productivity, self-will, motivation, or, omnicompetence, or self-habituation.
